Thursday evenings are for the more traditional wargamer.
The historical periods that the Wargames Club commonly refight are:
 
Ancients
 
Napoleonic
 
American Civil War
The three periods above use a 1/300th figure scale, this allows for large battles to be fought on the standard tabletop using thousands of figures.
Other periods that the club occasionally fight are Renaissance, English Civil War, World War I, World War II and Modern. The club is also capable of re-fighting Fantasy battles based around the Dark Ages Period.
